When you sign up for JobTools, we collect basic info like your name, email, business name, and the job leads that come through your form. If you use paid services, your payment info is handled securely by Stripe (via Outseta) — we never store your credit card data.
We use your information to provide the JobTools service, including tools like JobTracker and JobBuilder. That includes sending your weekly job summaries, helping you get set up, and supporting you along the way. We may also use your data to improve the product experience. We never sell your information or share it beyond the tools we use to operate JobTools.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data with: Service Providers Trusted third parties who assist with payment processing, data hosting, or analytics. Job requests that come through your form are yours. We store and organize them to help you stay on top of your work, but we don’t use that data for marketing or outreach, and we won’t contact your customers.
