By using our services, including JobTracker and JobBuilder, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using JobTools. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.
By using JobTools, including JobTracker and JobBuilder, you agree to follow these terms. Our goal is to offer a simple, helpful service — and we ask that you use it in good faith. If you’re signing up for someone else, like a business you work for, you confirm that you have permission to do so.
You’re responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. If you notice something suspicious — like an unauthorized login — please contact us right away at support@jobtools.biz. You agree not to share your account or misuse the platform.
The job leads and customer information you collect through JobTools are yours. We don’t use that data to contact your customers, and we won’t share it with others outside of the services needed to run the platform. You are responsible for any data you collect from your customers, including following any local laws or regulations.
If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the posted monthly fee unless you cancel. All payments are handled securely through Stripe via Outseta. We may change pricing in the future, but we’ll give you notice ahead of time. You can cancel your plan at any time, and service will continue through the end of your current billing period.
We offer a free 30-day trial so you can test JobTools without committing. You won’t be charged unless you choose to continue after the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or end the trial offer at any time.
JobBuilder is an optional, on-demand service for generating job leads. If you choose to use it, we’ll coordinate with you on campaign details. Fees are discussed in advance and may vary based on campaign type and volume. There is no long-term commitment unless otherwise agreed.
You can cancel your JobTools subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access to the service will continue through the end of your billing cycle. If you’d like your account data deleted permanently, just email us and we’ll take care of it.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know. By continuing to use JobTools after the update, you agree to the new terms.
